About me

Kelly is a compassionate and personable qualified psychologist with over two decades of experience in various mental health settings across the UK and Australia. She believes in the power of connection, valuing kindness, creativity, and curiosity in her holistic approach.

As a mother of three teenagers, including twins, Kelly understands the complexities of life’s journey. Through her own experiences of loss, trauma, and mental health challenges, she has learned that no one is immune to struggles. This empathy allows her to meet clients where they are, honouring their role as the expert in their own lives. She is here to walk alongside you, offering support as you navigate your needs, desires, and challenges.

Kelly is passionate about mental health and well-being and is committed to her own personal growth while helping others on their transformative paths. Her extensive background spans community mental health, alternative therapies, and a variety of supportive roles, including case management, cancer support, NDIS coordination, and group facilitation. She has facilitated mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), yoga for mental health, and perinatal/postpartum playgroups and has supervised teams of outreach mental health workers.

Kelly is trained in the "black and white" but works in the "grey" area where life is lived.

She creates a safe and welcoming space where you can express yourself freely, feeling heard and understood. Kelly has a special interest in mental health across the board, with specific interests in anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, perimenopause, and general life transitions.

Her approach is person-centred, incorporating trauma-informed, evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, ACT, CBT, somatic-based therapies, and energy psychology techniques like EFT, along with other holistic practices.

Kelly is dedicated to partnering with you, helping you journey toward self-empowerment, peace, and calm.
