Session Fees

The Australian Psychological society recommends a fee of $311 for Psychologists, however to allow better access, our fees are currently $220 per session. If you use a mental health care plan, we will also process your rebate of $96.65 back into your bank account you have nominated with medicare.

To see our Counsellors, counselling fees are $180 a session, and you may ask your private health if they cover any portion of this.

To ensure a smooth and easy booking and payment, we take your payment details when you complete your intake form, and process the payment and rebate automatically after your session, using our safe and secure software.

Medicare rebates

Medicare offers rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year for psychology sessions. To obtain a health care plan you will need to make a booking with your GP and notify them that you would like to make a mental health care plan to talk about your mental health concerns. Once obtained, either the admin of your GP clinic, or yourself can email us your mental health plan or bring it into our clinic with you.

Private health rebates

You may be eligible for a rebate from your health fund, which varies depending on your health fund and your level of cover. You cannot use your health fund rebate at the same time as your medicare rebate.

Cancellation Fees,

A cancellation less than 24 hours will incur a $100 fee.

A "no show" will incur the full fee.

Please note, you can not obtain a rebate with a cancellation fee.
