Supervision with Emma
During my Internship as a psychology undergraduate, I searched for a Holistic approach, someone who understood the human experience and did not neglect the aspects of heart, soul, and spirit. For myself, the purely 'clinical' approach felt 'text book' and 'disconnected', to me, every person mattered and every person really was unique.
Through my journey, it has become important for me to offer this to psychology graduates seeking a different experience to purely 'clinical' approach (embracing its strength and also understanding it's pitfalls).
Together I hope to balance both emotional, psychological, spiritual, biological, social approaches and work as a team to support you with your clients.
Currently, my latest training is in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, which is blending in well with my previous somatic, EMDR, psychotherapy background. I have also facilitated trauma informed yoga workshops and retreats, women's circles and mindfulness events. I love to share my passions, and would love to learn from you too.
Please send me an email through this page if this is something that interests you. I have limited positions annually as I love to give my full attention to those who I support.
