About me

Kel is a nurturing and passionate counsellor committed to supporting individuals through deep self-exploration and personal growth. Her goal is to create a safe, authentic space where clients feel genuinely understood and accepted. Drawing from her own life experiences, she creates genuine connections with clients, understanding first hand the challenges life can present.

Kel's holistic and intuitive approach ensures that each session is as unique as the individual she's supporting. Her practice is grounded in person-centred and trauma-informed methodologies, ensuring that clients lead their own journey of healing and growth. This approach allows for a relationship built on trust, free from judgment or expectation, where clients can safely explore their challenges and work towards living the life they envision.

In her sessions, Kel integrates a variety of evidence-based therapies to best serve her clients' needs. Her therapeutic toolkit includes Psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, Creative Art therapy, Mindfulness practices, Somatic-based therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This diverse range of techniques allows Kel to adapt her approach to whatever arises during the session, always guided by the client's unique circumstances and goals.

Kel is currently in the final months of completing her Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy (PACFA), building upon her Bachelor of Behavioural Science. Kel ensures that she adheres to the highest professional standards in her practice and remains committed to her own personal growth, healing, and self-exploration.
